History of Pinnacle Home Care

Pinnacle Home Care provides the best quality in-home care for seniors in the Twin Cities metro area. We are Medicare certified and offer a wide range of services to meet every need. We work collaboratively with seniors and their families to create a care plan that helps seniors maintain independence while accomplishing their individual goals.

Our Foundation

Pinnacle Services is created to help seniors and people with disabilities accomplish their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

2015

Home Health Aide services begin

Pinnacle Services began providing home health aide services in 2009, and with demand for services growing, the decision was made to establish a separate entity to provide in-home care.

2017

Pinnacle Home Care established

Pinnacle Home Care is formally incorporated as a sister company to provide more focused in-home care for seniors and their families.

Continued Growth

Elaine Koczur, RN Manager, joins the Pinnacle Home Care Team. Pinnacle Home Care begins accepting long term care insurance, preparing the agency for Medicare Certification which allows us to serve a larger number of people, especially those who are reliant on Medical Assistance or Medicare for their home care services.

Pinnacle Home Care is successfully accredited by the ACHC, which allows our agency to become Medicare Certified.
